  • How much is the course fee and is there any discount?

    Course fees varies on the course categories and enrollment duration.
    • For individuals, we offer several subscription options so you can pick the plan that fits your budget.

  • Do you provide scholarship program?

  • Do you have free courses?

  • Does Radicon offer CME?

    Yes, our courses provide CMEs accredited by Dubai Healthcare City Authority-Regulatory ,
    You will receive your CME certificate via email within 3-5 working days after completion of the course. • For Non-CME Courses, A certificate of completion will be provided and is downloadable from the user’s dashboard.

  • How Do I access the course?

    To access the courses you will need to Sign Up on our website for a free preview.

    • You can log in from any device although we do recommend that you use Chrome while you are enrolled at radicon.org

  • How do I cancel course registration?

    Our online courses are all 100% online and self-paced learning with different subscriptions that fits your time or budget. Course cancellation and fee reimbursement can only be done on the recommendation of the course director.

  • My enrollment has expired and I did not complete the course, Can I still continue it?

    You will receive a weekly email progress report and reminders in order for you to complete the course modules, in the event that you failed to complete the course within your subscription period you need to renew it within 30 days after the expiration date to avail our special renewal fee discount. Renewal after 30 days of the course expiration will invalidate your current subscription and full course fees will be applied on new registration.

  • How can I renew my subscription?

    You can only renew the course subscription within 30 days after the enrollment has expired. To renew it please send us an email at [email protected] and our dedicated team will assist you with the course renewal process.
